As the Telones system is modular in structure it is, and has been, easily scaled from very small instances to large scale Telecommunications billing (millions of minutes per day).
Telecommunications Revenue Assurance
We can use our proprietary “Telones” systems to check the Billing integrity of customer’s existing billing solution. This is achieved by taking extracts of the customer’s various CDR / billing records and mediating, rating and billing them normally through our systems, any discrepancies are then presented to the customer.
In terms of fees for this service, depending on the size of the organisation involved we are
often engaged for a percentage of the savings we identify in the customer’s current billing
environment in a “no savings no fee” basis. However, in many cases this has turned out to be significantly more expensive than engaging us on a flat rate basis due to the large amount of discrepancies identified!
